Juliusz Bujalski composition student Jesseca Nguyen was selected as a winner (second place) in older division in 2007 Piano Explorer composition contest. Her piano piece "Spring in Shanghai" is included in October 2007 Piano Explorer.
Diane Higgins had several student winners also: Anne Buie (composition student) was a national first place composition winner in the older division of Piano Explorer's Magazine composition contest, sponsored by Clavier Magazine. Her composition "Dance of the Martians", was published in the May 2008 issue. Grace Lee Simmons was a National Music Week Essay Contest Winner, sponsored by the National Federation of Music Clubs. Her essay was published in the Spring 2008 national magazine. Other composition winners this year were:
International Guild Composition Contest (1 Winner, 2 Finalists, and 5 HM) Federation National Composition Contest (Honorable Mention) Federation Regional Composition Contest (2 Regional Winners) Federation State Composition Contest (3 State Winners) NC PTA Reflections Contest (State Composition Winner).

We have a beautiful Young Chang model PG-185 grand piano that we must sell to
pay off medical bills. It is a Josef Pramberger Edition, 6'1" ebony finish with
matching bench. This is a South Korean model in 'pristine' condition, and has
been maintained since purchased.
We are asking $10,900 for it and will gladly give $300 as a commission to anyone
who helps us sell it.

This piano is perfect! I bought it just a couple years ago. It is only about 14 years old or so. It has been taken care of VERY well...tune up every 6 months. It is in excellent condition! Absolutely beautiful sound. And has practice pedal for practicing!! Perfect for pianist!
It also comes with a key protector cloth.
It looks beautiful too!
I really really love this piano and it is sad to sell it, but I have no other choice. I have to sell :-(

We purchased this piano through the Charlotte Piano Teacher's Forum in 2003 from the original owner, a lady who was moving into a retirement home. It has been tuned by Case Brothers since we purchased it and Don Case has told us that it is a very good instrument. He told me that often when people tell him they have purchased a used piano, when he gets there it is junk but he was pleased with this piano. We are selling it because we have inherited a Steinway baby grand.
