Amy House graduated with a Bachelor of Music Degree with honors from Meredith College.She has taught private piano lessons from her home for 20 years.Her students, both children and adults, take thirty minute, traditional lessons.

Amy has an informal Christmas party in her home each year for families to enjoy listening to the students perform holiday music.There is an additional formal recital each spring.

Amy is currently the Assistant Director of Children's Choirs at Myers Park Presbyterian Church.She taught musicat Charlotte Country Day School for eight years.She is certified to teach Music Together, Musikgarten and Orff Level 1.
