Audition Information

- Teachers, Students, and Parents: Sign and complete the Audition Agreement and send or postmark no later than October 10, 2026.
- Email or mail the agreement to the Concerto Auditions Committee:

- Teachers: Complete the Waiver and send or postmark no later than October 10, 2026.
- The waiver should be signed by the student’s parent or legal guardian. Clearly write the teacher and student names on the top right corner.
  - It’s very important that both the teacher and students names are legible on your wavier.
- Send the completed waiver to the Concerto Auditions Committee:

- Teachers will first complete the Teacher Application online and submit the payment.
- Next, teachers will complete the Student Application online (see below) for each student.
- All application deadlines are October 10, 2026 by 2:00pm (EST)

Submit the TEACHER APPLICATION first followed by the STUDENT APPLICATION(S) and complete this process in one sitting to reduce submission errors.
We recommend that teachers make a list of all students they plan to enter in Concerto Auditions. Refer to this list as you submit forms. This will prevent the error of any student being overlooked after the deadline has passed.
The entry deadline is firm and no exceptions can be made.
Non-Forum members will be required to pay a $125 surcharge. The Concerto Chairman will reach out to discuss this with any non-member.
