Complete the Audition Agreement according to the instructions no later than October 10, 2026.
The agreement must be signed by both the teacher and student. For now, please email or mail the agreement to the Concerto Audition Chairman:

Download the waiver below, print it out, and complete it per the instructions.
The waiver should be signed by both the student and teacher.

Teachers will complete the Student Application online (see below) and submit the payment for every student.
Teachers will also separately complete the Teacher Application and submit information and payment online (see below).

We recommend that teachers make a list of all students they plan to enter in Concerto Auditions. Refer to this list as you submit forms. This will prevent the error of any student being overlooked after the deadline has passed.
The entry deadline is firm and no exceptions can be made.
Non-Forum members will be required to pay a $65 surcharge. The Concerto Chairman will reach out to discuss this with any non-member.
