General Instructions: 1. Complete and mail the Audition Agreement per the instructions. 2. Complete and mail the Waiver per the instructions. 3. Complete the Teacher Application online and submit payment online. 4. Complete the Student Application online for each student.
We recommend that teachers make a list of all students they plan to enter in Concerto Auditions. Refer to this list as you submit forms. This will prevent the error of any student being overlooked after the deadline has passed.
The entry deadline is firm and no exceptions can be made.
Non-Forum members will be required to pay a $30 surcharge. The Concerto Chairman will reach out to discuss this with any non-member.
